Anyone going? I went last year and thought it very good. A few of the manufacturers at last year’s show were Marklin, Tichy, and Funaro & Camerlengo. Looks like Marklin will be there again this year. F & C is usually there every year.
Thanks for the heads-up. I forgot about the show altogether. I’ll be going if I can pry a few hours loose on Saturday. I might even take my grandson along.
That show is IMHO THE BEST in the Northern Ohio area…Alas I won’t be able to go because of my driving restrictions and none of the club members or personal friends are going…[sigh]
Thanks for posting information on this show. I think my wife and I will take a ride up there on Saturday. It should only take about 2 and a half hours to get there from Pittsburgh and looks easy to find. Nice time of year to enjoy the scenery too.
Boy! Will you stick out like a sore thumb…[swg] I’ll be the tall ugly guy wearing the black NYC Systems t-shirt (and red fleece jacket - if it’s cold).
I will also be there, along with five other guys from the ORNRy bunch out of Steubenville, OH. Don’t tell anyone, but I’ll have my WVU shell on. Go Mounties and go Buckeyes!
Just like last time. [:)] Actually, my wife may accompany me to the show this year. That’ll keep me out of trouble. I hope that big N-scale layout is there again this time. That was quite impressive.
which is code for “she’s holding on to the money” [;)]
Sounds like this is going to be a good show… now if I can get through today without getting homework piled on me, I’m going to be able to make it as well [:D]
[(-D] Actually, I’ll have my own “lunch money” for the show. I went last year and only paid for the price of the ticket to get in. It’s just fun to look around, see what’s available, and get ideas for my layout.
Jeff,
Yes. If you have a small camera that you can just stick in your pocket, I’d bring one along. I may do that myself.
