Just looking to see if anyone knows any good train sims out there that are worth the price, I own Trainz Simulator 2022 and its fun but i regret not getting Surveyor 2.0 with it, I also bought RSU on Roblox for about 800 Robux, Equivalent to $10 USD and its worth it!
but let me know what you guys play and maybe ill try it!
Haven’t played it but have watched some gameplay on YouTube. It is called “Railroader”. Looks quite promising. Believe it is still in early access.
I might try it, Theres games like TS2021 that look promising but are complete doo doo 
EDIT: most of the North American routes are paid, OTHER than Open Rails making all routes free 
Run 8 is reported to have the best physics. It also has modes where you need to setup everything manually (like isolation switches, etc.) in order to start and move the train. If realistic train handling is what you are looking for, then you should take a look. It can also be played in multi-player sessions, though you will need to have a check ride with one of their admins to play on their servers.
