train Station Products core kits and AMB car side question.

Hey Folks,

I got the Core kit from TSP and sides from AMB for the UP Baggage car. The Side are a little thicker then the core will except so the sides stick out maybe 1/64 of an inch. It is really noticeable on the car ends. Should I try to sand the car sides down a bit or try to sand the core parts a bit to fix?

Anybody have a diagram where all the battery boxes go on the bottom of the car or do I just guess?
