It was a dark and stormy halloween night.An old loco was found at the end of a branch line by a group of foamers who had lingered at Joe’s bar a little too long.They took the engine for a joyride,taking turns playing hogger.None of them knew too much about running a locomotive,and the engine soon ran out of steam.The foamers all fell asleeep under a nearby tree and were found the next morning hung over and surrounded by a very angry train crew and the local police.
It sunk in a creek bed.
I am going to say that someone stole. The person then put too much fuel and not enough water in the boiler, causing it to explode while in a tunnel. There was an underground river under the tunnel and the explosion broke through the floor causing the locomotive to sink in the river.

Well it is a great story, but I can’t tell you the whole thing. Basically she ran off a washed out bridge and sunk, never heard from again. It is a true story (wink, wink), and was actually looked for by the UP in the creek bed, but couldn’t be found.
Supposed to have spent alot of money on that;didn’t they ?!
