Train Trivia 11/21/05 (ANSWERED)

With half my brain tied behind my back, just to make it fair.

Seems like any less than 4 would be a wasted effort as with any fewer there would not be enough audience to make the effort “pay” for itself. Then there is the economy of volume to pricing and all that rot…

But…but…it’s so long ago!

Man these are challenging!

i voted 2 but i will find out soon enough!!! Tim

I think you have a problem with this trivia. “The Delaware, Lackawana & Western Railroad Company was chartered in 1857 to transport coal out of Pennsylvania’s Lackawanna Valley.” And George Ennis wasn’t around in 1854 according to articles about him. “George Pearse Ennis American, 1884-1936” At least its the only George Ennis I could find.

He is listed as " youthful" by my source.

[banghead] enough said

  1. However for the $75 dollar fee Ennis put only one in the foreground.

This is according to my old stand by The Roultedge Histlorical Atlas of the American Railroads.
