Seems like any less than 4 would be a wasted effort as with any fewer there would not be enough audience to make the effort “pay” for itself. Then there is the economy of volume to pricing and all that rot…

I think you have a problem with this trivia. “The Delaware, Lackawana & Western Railroad Company was chartered in 1857 to transport coal out of Pennsylvania’s Lackawanna Valley.” And George Ennis wasn’t around in 1854 according to articles about him. “George Pearse Ennis American, 1884-1936” At least its the only George Ennis I could find.
He is listed as " youthful" by my source.
