I know a lot of info about the PRR because my garden railway club has members from the PRR technical and historical society. The correct answer is Baldwin.
Right. PRR was a big BLW fan, kind of like C&NW, Milw, UP NYC and Alco
I don’t know what the S2 Turbine was, but I do know the Pennsy had a lot of strange Baldwins around.
And the Baldwin company never grasp the concept of mass production of a standard design. Probably the main reason they went under.

If the topic is too arcaine, very few people answer and those that do often know or have looked it up. Also perhaps a daily trivia is too much. I can never remember if I got in “today’s” or not. Perhaps a weekly question on a less arcaine topic would attract more “guessers”. And you might want to re-post the guidelines occasionally, I can’t think of the last time Lotus posted them.
