Trainfest show report
Great show (I was selling my artwork of trains)
Good organization by the show staff. I takes a lot to move all those vendors in and out smoothly!
Very interesting new items on display.
I loved the Laser L structures and factory buildings from the company from Ontario.
I was very happy to see new traction models coming out in the near future.
I hope athearn does their AC 70ace in BHP color scheme ! Please?
Sorry!! Reference my earlier comment, that should have been SD70ace!!! in BHP colour schemes.
Appreciate Richard Smyth’s comments about the smoothness of the operation of moving our Trainfest participants in and out of the EXPO center. As part of the Trainfest operating committee this is one of my areas of responsibility. It appeared to us on the Committee that it was probably the best in and out operation we have ever had.
We could not have done it without the great co-operation of the vendors, the help of our volunteers and the excellent work of the EXPO loading dock crew.
It seems to get easier each year.
A big thanks to all who helped make this another great Trainfest.
Fantastic. Now you can really make things even better by saying that CN/IC and NS are going to be represented by SD70M-2 sooner than later.
Hopefully Athearn won’t be charging to much for the SD70M-2. Modern models like these are what the next generation of modelers will be looking for.
I am excited to know that Athearn will come up with an SD70ACe. I hope they improve more on the super detailing of their Genesis series.
