Can you give me some info on the CSX painted Turbine, year, model, painting tecnique, ect? Or maybe post a few more pics? I love it.

Hey there 8500HPGASTURBINE! Like the CSX turbine do you? Well, I can’t say that I can give you the painting technique on it, believe it or not, it is a stock model.
As you probably know, it is a Veranda style turbine. It is an N scale Con-Cor model, part of the limited edition "The Rail Baron Collection. I do not know the year it was made, but I do believe they are not produced anymore. Con-Cor made this model in multiple schemes, including Union Pacific, Southern Pacific, Santa Fe (warbonnet), and Pennsylvania I believe. There may have been a few more.
The model itself only has eight wheel drive and pickup, but it tracks well, and has great drawbar pull.The painting is well done. This is my favorite model, and looks like one of yours now too, I’ll be happy to post more pictures for you.[:D]
But it never had a CSX prototype, i believe.
