Yes, it is “slack” season out here. The snow will be flying soon. Gas prices cut into the summer tourist trade this year. The silly windmill projects are built. The Blackfeet tribe has scared off the oil people. Motel/hotel rooms are available, but Glacier National Park will be closing for the winter shortly. Time to tune the skis!
