I was alerted that a new Steak 'n Shake has opened here in the Milwaukee area. I have personally eaten at a couple including Galesburg, IL and found the food to be very good and the shakes are great[dinner]. However it appears that the staff at TRAINS including our leader here on TRAINS forum Erik Bergstrom and another familiar name Mike Schaefer are part of the Steak 'n Shake CULT or as noted in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article below “Steak 'n Shakies” [bow]

Trekkies, make way for Steak and Shakies
Two tales today from the magical land where burgers are good for you and frozen custard counts as heart-healthy:
First I’ll tell you how I infiltrated a cult that worships at Steak 'n Shake restaurants and now finally can get its fix right here in town.
