I know that this transformer is 20 years old but it was new old stock and with in my current price range. The instructions are ok but does not explain very well the range switch. I is marked low and high. The instruction at start up is to place the range switch in low but does not say when or why you would place the switch in high. It has a verable momentum knob as well. I hope someone had this in the past or has one now that can help.
