I am building a truckstop in HO for my railroad. Can anybody tell me where I can find photos or plans on the Internet please.
Practically every truck stop looks different, so I doubt very much that there is such a thing as blueprints or plans available anywhere. They are basically a gas station and restaurant with lots of parking spaces for large trucks.
Aerial photos might give you some ideas, try terraserver

Truckstops come in many forums. There was one at Midway PA off rte 14. That one can be modeled as a single story family home with a front proch converted to hold 2 fuel pumps and gravel (Ballast mixed with dirt) parking for about 7 trucks. Located just off a two lane road. Interior is small a counter two tables and a few machines (Jukebox) and a kitchen in the back with the freezer.
On the other side of the coin, there is a truck stop in Walcott (Wolcoot?) Iowa off I 80 which is the biggest in the world. That one is a city in itself. It has everything and room for 1200 or more trucks.
There are many kinds of stops for trucks. They come in different shapes and sizes. The main difference is the number of trucks and the services availiable.
As a person, some stops are better than others the food and people are the two things that make and break a stop. Security and access to off road needs such as hotel, groceries, electricity internet etc etc also creates a good stop.
Due to the very high prices of accomdations and food Drivers have started to use on-board generators and 110 volt systems plus hot and cold water in some rigs. We are slowly year-by-year becoming self sufficient except for fuel.
