Trying to locate a track plan.

I remember that a while back there was an Ian Rice trackplan in MR where the design was kind of modular and one of the modules was a 2x8 (or 2x10) switching modules which was build in a 4-5 part article earlier.

I have flipped through most of the magazines I have, but still haven’t found it. Does anyone know which issue it was in, or is there a way where I can search for MR issues containing Ian Rice track plans ?

ok never mind, I found it.
I was thinking of the track plan in Model Railroad Planning 2006 call The Gulfport, Yarde & Industry.
