Anybody have installed a Tsunami in the Athearn Genesis MP15AC?
Soundtraxx makes a replacement board decoder, the Tsu GN-1000, but it has not the proto sounds for the MP15AC. I think the correct one is the Tsu AT-1000 645 non turbo charged. My concern is the space, it´s a tight fit.
So have you installed a Tsu in the MP15AC?
hi, I just got one 645 non turbo for my Atlas HO MP15DC and I’m planning to install it this month, so I will tell you the result!
That board fits in my Athearn MP15AC. It came from the factory that way. Also, I changed the speaker to a medium oval pointed down and used the shell sides in the nose as part of the enclosure. It really sounds great.
