I actually posted this in a thread below that’s gotten long, off topic, and fun for a saturday evening… but, I am curious where I can find more of this stuff, so here i go…
I bought a couple of sheets of this stuff:
http://www.heki-kittler.de/heki/seiten_e/tipps_e/tipps_seite_e.html#t2
at a train show and lined a tunnel with it. I really liked the look and how it worked… The only problem is, I can’t find anyone that seems to carry it… so if anyone has found it here in the US, please let me know.
We’re on the same schedule, dude. Check my post that starts with Aaargh! I believe I’ve found the perfect tunnel-liner material - the stuff they make egg cartons from. But where can we get it in sheet form? We have an egg farm in town, so I’ll check with them and find out who their supplier is.
try Euro Rail for the Heki stuff i used Heki on Google search mode. If no-one comes up with a brilliant idea on the cardboard, try The Thomas Register. J.R.
Check with a corrugated box manufacturer in your area ( yellow pages ) and ask for some samples of " single faced corrugated material ". This has the corrugations
showing on one side and is very flexible but still strong enough to make a tunnel
liner. Paper face would be the inside of the tunnel and you could spray paint it lightly
with appropriate color. Could be held in place in various ways such as wood strips
and ELMERS glue or other ways you dream up.

Great Northern R.R. goes great !!!
