Runs OK for an Athearn. It’s quieter then most. I am working now on the other one. I cleaned it inside, new oil and also smoothed some rough teeth on all the gears.
The weathering certainly helps some. What style of airbrush did you use?
It was a cheap one from AIRBRUSH CITY. I got it on Ebay 2 years ago. The only difference in the link is I didn’t get the paint, and my compressor is different. It was only $109.00. Not the greatest thing but it works really well.
