Yes. Go to the NMRA website and look at Recommended Practices 12. It lists the specs for turnouts from 4 thru 10 and gives all of the pertinent dimensions in inches. If you want metric, you’ll have to convert. The URL is http://www.nmra.org/standards/rp12_3.html
NMRA is well worth the price of admission for all the information they have to offer and other good things that come with membership.

Atlas used to make a kit that came with instructions for each size turnout. I inherited some from my mother. They were loose in the box and came with a pre-made frog, unsuitable for DCC.
