I just installed 4 of the Caboose Industries high level switch stands and I used the 4 bladed target. The roundend targets are set for normal straight route and I will paint them green. The pointed targets will be showing when the points of the switch are closed. I think the blades that are toward the frog should be painted red but should the other side toward the points be yellow to indicate caution as the train would be going on the diverging route.
Any help will be appreciated Jim
Two tall stands on a CSX line near me are green and red. No yellow. Might depend on when and where your modeling though.

This would be for the B&O,C&O and Chessie System era from 1960’s up till about 1985. I know that this is a large time frame to be modeling but it doesn’t have to be exact just close to prototype. Thanks for the imformation! Jim
