Hell everyone I made myself a HO Turn Table it is 10 inches in diameter. And underneath it is flat with arim going al the way around it,The rim is half an inch thick from top too bottom.Rest of the round plastic plate is flat,I would like too know how can I make it Roate around[?].I have no idea how too if someone here can help me out that would be “GREAT”
you can order a simple turndable motor without the kit from any of your local hobby stores. Most come with an electric toggle switch. Otherwise you can use it manually, but who wants that with a realistic layout?? Sorry im not of much more help, but it might be a start.

Does the bridge rotate on a pinion or bearing, or does it rotate on trucks at each end?
It’s a round piece of plastic plat that is 10 inches in diameter,it has a rim the is half an inches tall all rhe way around the the plate. But I cut parts of it off soo that the track would fit onton the plate.I have half of an icnh rubber sheet that is 2 feet wide byy 2 feet wide.I had cut a round circle in it so that the Turntable would fit into, and the tracks in the Yard are leveled with the Track that is on my turntable.
It’s just my own inadequacy, but is there any way you could post a picture? You can’t just copy a URL into your post. This server needs constant access to a proxy server so that it can always post your picture form the remote site. Memory limitations otherwise, I guess. So, go to photobucker, railimages, or other free sites and get an account, upload the pix, and post them by placing at the end.
Otherwise, you’ll need some method to let the bridge rotate stablely, and that means either end trucks or a central robust bearing at the centre of the plate, below the bridge. So, you’d have to add a pinion to the bottom centre of the bridge if it isn’t already there.
Don’t know if I am helping…
