Wish Chicago would pay attention to this. A new Low Line to Streeterville and on the St. Charles Air Line to a new South Loop dedicated high speed rail station.
Paul, I guess that just proves that “If you build it, they will ride.” And just think about all the NIMBYs having to struggle against the new line being proposed. Personally, it warms the cockles of my heart to think of it.
I’m now waiting for the study showing just how many U of Minn experiments are being compromised by LRVs passing through the under-campus tunnel. Or maybe the researchers have learned to “control” for that
