It seems to be great fun to attack CN here. Please go back to the thread ‘The Bridge’ and reread some of my comments there.
And please remember that the transfer of BC rail to CN was a political decision, and a very highly charged one at that. I am somewhat familiar – from a consultants, not employee’s standpoint, and strictly from an engineering standpoint – with both systems, their maintenance, and their operating practices. And I would say that it appears to me that certain of the above posts may have some political motivation, and do not appear to be solidly grounded in factual information regarding the systems in question.
