Loved the conversation! Reminds me of the railroad people I saw as a kid when I grew up near the old Milwaukee Road yard in Bensenville, IL. A lot of characters worked there and sometimes they would put up with us kids hanging around. Once I got to go inside the old roundhouse, now sadly, demolished, and someone said “Fresh fish! Keep it civil!”, which meant no swearing allowed! Just the same, someone hit a thumb with a tool and shouted out a few choice words. I think at that moment I dropped the idea of being an astronaut and wanted to work for the railroad! And, I learned a few new words I could never tell to my mother! Cheers! Chef Jeff Tendick.
