Some of us “outdoor” model railroaders like to try scratchbuilding also.
I’m still very new at it and once you find a glue you like, a source for materials and last of all the info to build the model. It gets easier.

I was very surprised to see how many different types of cars there are.

Wow Marty, you’ve done a great job. I know what it’s like because I use to build large scale models from scratch… So how many were you planning on building ?.
