I’ve not had an issue delieved correctly for four months now.

I can’t say I’ve noticed any diference myself.
What problems have you had then?
'tell you what they are experts at delivering though. The renewan notices. I seem to get them by the sack load.
Shouldn’t things like that should come in a plain brown wrapper!!!
In a nutshell - non-delivery! I have to keep contacting Services, who are very good at dispatching a replacement - but its getting irritating having to do it every month.
They say they have “changed the freight provider” (or something along those lines).
Mine have all been a few weeks late, but they turn up in the end.
