Unable to Operate LGB Switch

Hey,

I’m using an LGB Transformer (5003/110) with 16 VAC and 7 VA for switching.

We’re trying to hook it up to a switch with the code of 12050.

The switch only goes halfway, it doesn’t seem to have enough power to “switch sides”.

Do we need a seperate 18 volt transformer?

We’re sort of new with setting up LGB switches.

Help would be very appreciated.

Suggest you try the Garden Railway Forum, very few people here involved with LGB. You would most likely get an aswer much quicker. (Just click on Trains.com Forums, and that will get you there).
