Hello, I’m basically new to the hobby. I had an HO set as a kid, many decades ago, but my how things have changed. I’m starting new with N scale and DCC.
I’ve seen YouTube videos showing that ESU mobile decoders have an “uncouple shuffle” function programmed in. Is there a way to program this same behavior into a Digitrax decoder? I haven’t delved into decoder programming yet. I’m willing to learn but don’t want to go down roads I don’t need to at this point. If it’s an ESU-only function, is there an online ‘decoder selector’ for determining which ESU decoder you need for a given make/model of locomotive like Digitrax provides on their website? I haven’t been able to find one, or even a list.
