Dose anyone know what lettering was on the end of the long hood of Union Pacific’s Alco Century 630’s. I have seen photos of every angle except the end of the long hood. I’m decalling the numbers on two unnumbered Stewart models.

Hol Wagner’s Union Pacific Motive Power Review 1968-77 has a small photo on page 13 of the long hood end of C630 2903. There is no discernable lettering on the long hood end. However, the C630’s had no rear number boards, so there may have been small red reporting marks and a number that would not show up on the gray in a black and white photo.
