Are there any Southern Pacific SD70M’s that are still in the UP “patched” scheme or have they all been repainted?

All repainted, unfortunately. But here’s another question, why do they all have a lower stripe?

Heres another thing, all the wings are lower as well

Their numbers are 3974-3984,3986-3999
I have seen

I guess the boys over at the paint shops made a slight over sight.
