Union Pacific M100000

Does anyone know where I can get a Pridelines Union Pacific M10000? Apparently the UP’s legal stand has caused them to discontinue their model.

Balt Trainworks,

Welcome to the CTT forum [#welcome]

Watching E-Bay may be your best bet. Also check the ads in the toy train magazines and try contacting some of the advertisers that specialize in tinplate.

Finally - you could join the Train Collectors Association (if you are no already a member). TCA runs a nice ad service for its members.

Roy

Wow, neat. Someday I’m going to get a streamliner.

Hello,

I have a Prewar Lionel M10000. It is being put rhough it’s paces right know as I have the flu (see I have the flu, trains are my occupation). I love it and it runs great.

how much are the lionel streamliners worth (in VG condition)?

Hey

I don’t know, but they are (from what I hear) worth a pretty penney. Over 1000 dollars, but I don’t know what the exacte worth is. I am glad I found My great grandfather’s train box with that in it. He never took muchj interest in the trains, because not even my grandmother and great grandmother knew about them untill I found them. The streamliner, the track, and the freight set were in exellent condition

You are SOOOO lucky! I only inherited a 1666 set. But who am I to complain; that set started me in O gauge

The 752E power car is worth between $180 and $350. The 753 coach and 754 observation car are worth between $90 and $180 each. A set of a 752E, 2 753s, and a 754 is listed as being worth $640-1000.

I have two of them, both yellow/brown. Also have the extra baggage cars. I have been thinking about scaling back to one set, so feel free to email me if you are interested. They are really nice and exactly like the original Lionel ones. I think the motor on the Pridelines version is a little stronger even though they look the same. Might be simply due to the Pride motor being newer, though.

Hello,

I would like to buy the prewar “City of Denver” to go with my M-10000 “City of Portland”.
The “City of Denver” would be better because it runs on tighter curves than the “City of Portland”. I would also like to get a prewar “Flying Yankee”.
