Stock prices reflect more of the emotional attitudes of the traders in the exchanges than the realities of the day.

You buy in rumor, sell on news.
Never missed a dividend, and if you buy low and sell high, you’ll be happy. Bought SP at 33, watched the BNSF runup, and sold at 65. I think I’ll buy more UP.
