I am looking to find a web site that displays Union Pacific switchers. To feature NW2, S2, and S4 thanks in anticipation.
If you want good information then see Don Strack’s Utah Rails website. Do wrote several articles for Withers publishing that were combined into a fine book “UP Switchers and Slugs”. The book might be available for the publisher, and if not then it is certainly available from many booksellers.
For the basic info, see; http://www.utahrails.net/articles/up-switchers.php
If you just want free pictures, then do a Google search under “images”

Hello Cambus.
The best I can think of for what you are looking for is to search on railpictures.net for the locomotive models you are looking for.
Railpictures.net is one of the easiest search engines for model- and railroad- specific locomotive photos. Just select the locomotive model and railroad name from the dropdown list, and hit Find the Photos (It would be easier to change the photo settings to 180 photos per page)
I hope this helps
Just a quick thanks to all those who replied to my post. The info that was given was just what I was looking for. I have a couple of switchers in the shops getting ready for an overhaul and repaint. Thanks again gents your help has been much appreciated.
In addition Railroad Picture Archives, Fallen Flag Railroad Photos. The Diesel Shop also has roster information, although I’m not sure if they have pictures.
Again all I can says is thanks. I have been totally amazed at the help I have been given by American modellers, but do not fear I am not finished asking questions, if thats o.k. with yopu guys. Once again thank you.
