Just what are the monthly tonnages of coal being shipped out via this line now? Is the rapid conversion of eastern power plants from coal to natural gas, or their closure due to the EPA, having a negative impact on Powder River coal shipments. The movement to the west coast for export would appear to be on the increase. So what is the status?
