The real question for this, or any, shortline is how many workers are actually represented by the union?
This is a step backward for one of the leading railroads in the shortline movement.
Poor management always leads to unionization.
Managers should have looked at the unrest as a syntom, and not the problem. Since they neglected to address the underlying problems they ended up with a union. No sympathy here.
