Couldn’t get a good angle on it and I am wonderring who owns it and what is the heritage

Reporting marks look like GC (Georgia Central), but I don’t know if they have any rolling stock outside of there MOW equipment.

Also the # looks like XX3X68 any clue what number it could be?

I think the ribs are hiding portions of the reporting mark.

The origin of the car is unmistakably CNW…with the “3” in the number, it comes from the 173000 series. The number looks original. It came from somewhere in the 173500-179899 range, and was one of about 70 cars in that range that were relettered GCCX in 2001.
