That Idoit doesn’t deserve a penny I hope he will never get a lisens.
'Da Debil made me du itt!
Perhaps this brain dead moron hillbilly will do us all a favor and drive across another crossing when a train is coming and perhaps we will really get lucky and he will get hit again and HE may not be as lucky this time.
WOW, IT FELT GOOD TO GET THAT OFF OF MY CHEST.
WHAT 'YA GONNA DO WHEN THEY COME FOR YOU…BAD BOYS, BAD BOYS"
This pinhead’s episode reminds me of the show “Train Wrecks and Close Calls” (or whatever) that appears on Spike TV or Fox every once in a while. One of the scenarios was shot by a railfan who was just out enjoying the day. The video shows a NS (I think) freight train approaching a grade crossing, bells ringing, lights flashing, gates down, horn blowing. Just as the lead locomotive gets to the crossing, a large pickup truck with a camper top flies around the gates and right across the front of the train. The locomotive’s snowplow clips the back end of the pickup, throwing it in the air and spinning the vehicle around about 270 degrees.
Here’s the precious part – the bottom-feeder who was driving the truck gets out and starts yelling and gesturing wildly at the locomotive, like it was the engineer’s fault.
This Madison County case reminds me of why Richard III Duke of York said what he said to John Cade in Shakespeare’s Henry VI, Part 2.

OR “That’s why mothers sometimes eat their young”
The Railroad is only reepsonsible for the TRACK and crossing device, NOTHING ELSE. This womans a ***!

What a MORON! Not only is he driving under suspension but suing the RR for his dumb mistake! I think the crew should counter sue for Pain and suffering, and mental anguish. And If I were the cop on scene, I would have cuffed the guy and thrown him in the back seat! With that many priors, he is a danger ot society.

I dont really mean to get up on a soapbox here, However I feel I have a comment on this group as well. I saw them on that Discovery times show Trouble on the Tracks, and i have visited thier site, and It just seems to be that the are a bunch of people who have had somone the love killed in a crossing accident, and yes, I feel sorry that they died, however, IMHO theese people are just a bunch of people who are out to blame the RR for thier loved ones decision to not look and stop at a rail crossing.
Thanks guys, I’m done venting now.

This story is a great example of a huge problem with this country as a whole: lack of self responsibility. This is on the part of the driver, not the engineer/RR. This has to rank right up with that idiot lady who sued McD’s over hot coffee. IMHO as an adult you have a duty to yourself and society to be accountable for your actions and know right from wrong.
Plus it’s about CHOICE. This idiot CHOSE to drive w/o a license, CHOSE to do the behaviors that got the license suspended/revoked in the first place, CHOSE to let himself be in this situation. I choose to call this guy and his lawyer scum and immoral. I hope he tries this again and isn’t lucky the next go-around
That group “Angels On Track”? Sure maybe rarely they’d do good where something was truly wrong/negligent but they sound like most other advocacy groups: enabling idiots to continue to be idiots instead of forcing them to try and better themselves.
Ok, off my soapbox now…[:D]
Woha woha, Since when do trains travel on tracks?
