UP 2010 BSA Loco Decals

Does anyone know where I can get a decal set for the UP unit 2010 (ES44AC or C45ACCTE in UP lingo) with the Boy Scout paint scheme in HO? I’ve checked many places and I think maybe a few have tried to do them on their own. Problem is, all of that requires a very good image to start with and good editing tools and time I don’t have.

I see that CMR Products LLC (Netzlofdesign) has a HO scale Union Pacific 7400 - Pink Ribbon decal set but does not offer the 2010 Boy Scout decals.

There was a dry transfer set of 2010 decals for a pinewood derby car that was available at the scout shops. Maybe those could be used.
