UP ALCO S-2 different slogan question

Hi

Reserching UP switchers of the early 1960’s i found that the slogan of that time was 'Serves the all west" I have a model of the alco s-2 by UP 1151 with the slogan ‘Dependable transportation’ is this slogan also applicable and prototopical for the very early 1960s? [1961-1962]

“Dependable transportation” replaced “Serves all the west” in June of 1959. You can read more here:

What i meant to ask is

would one be able to see the new slogan in 1961-62 already painted on any of the alco S-2 S-4 at htis time ?

I think most of these locomotives would still have the old slogan. BUT, some MIGHT have the new one. Photographic evidence will provide proof, but finding this photo will be extremely difficult, I think.

I think I would be comfortable running a model of an alco switcher with the later slogan. I think I would prefer one with the earlier slogan, but it would still be OK for the later.
