IIRC from the trade press, there are several more in the works. One stated reason for having them in the first place is to maintain usage (and thus control) of the fallen flags trademarks.

Well…
It’s sort of interiesting that this past summer, I was in Omaha at the UP Museum. They were selling sets of lapel pins, with 6 pins in each bag. All of the pins were for each of the railroads that bought, and all of the RR’s they are doing the Heritage engines in. This was before they started painting the engines.
