As I was looking at a couple of websites that post railroad pictures, I noticed something intersting; Why is the UP 1995 (CNW Heritage) the most posted UP Heritage picture?

Not only that, but the CNW unit is the best looking. That’s because it looks more like the original scheme.
I won’t comment on any of the others, other than to say I’ve been watching MoPac locomotives since they changed from steam to diesel and they’ve never used such a light blue.

I’m guessing because it’s had the most exposure. The Chicago-Milwaukee area has the most railfans per capita in the nation (I believe) and therefore more people to shoot it. Also, remember that a lot of photos can be taken by one person on the same day, which may inflate the count.
