UP makes operating department personnel changes
I had an opportunity to work on a project with Richard Castagna in 2001 when he was with UP’s St Louis Divisional Service Unit. He was working out of 210 N. 13th Street, the former MP general office building which housed the divisional offices and UP’s National Customer Service Center. He appreciated the heritage and friends of his industry, and was well regarded by the St. Louis folks.
