Update on my Dad.

I would like to first thank everybody who has remembered my Dad in their thoughts and prayers [:)].

Now as some may have read sometime ago about my Dad being diagnosed with bladder cancer and his surgery he was to have.

So Thursday the 28th my Dad had a 6 hour surgery to remove his bladder and prostate.

The doctor said all went as planned,and pathologyy reports will be due back sometime this upcoming week to tell if the cancer has spread.But he gave good words on over all appperences of what he observed.

Today Sunday the 2nd he had his epideral removed from his back and was again setting up in a chair.

He has a long road ahead yet,another week in the hospital and up to three months recovery at home.

He’s had plenty of vistors to help his spirits,and lots of prayer to help his healing.

So again thanks to everybody for their kind thoughts and prayers.PLease continue to keep my Dad in your prayers.

Glad to hear your Dad hasn’t given up! It has been a hard road to this point, but hopefully it will be smoother and longer from this point forward!
