Took some time and thats what I came up with. PICK IT APART!
To be honest, I think you ned to either a) download XtraCAD or Atlas RR and try the plan out with them. or b) Got to your LHS and get a track template.
The layout branches and turnouts seem unreasonable for the space.
I fully concur with Chip on this one.

I agree there will be some surprises when this is all scaled out with real track. However, overall I like the look and feel of it better than the first one.
As far as issues go, all but one of the industries are positioned for counter-clockwise operation. On a dual track main line this is probably what one would want (outside main is counter clockwise, and inside is clockwise) but it makes switching the industries almost like drilling a yard - rather boring.
