UPDATE to DREAM-PLAN-BUILD TOC

Hi, fellow modellers! I updated the DREAM-PLAN-Build Video Series Table of Contents thread with Chapter 13’s contents this morning. The thread link is http://www.trains.com/TRC/CS/forums/1351773/ShowPost.aspx

This raises a question for me. Should I post an update notice such as this one whenever I do an update, or just update the thread and hope people notice there was an update done? The latter is what I planned to do, but I noticed a number of questions and subsequent answers followed the update and thought the update likely got lost unless the reader paged back up to it from the most current comment. Whatcha think?

Thanks for preparing the contents lists. I have the whole series and have just started re-viewing selected segments that are applicable to tasks I’m tackling in building a new layout segment, and your list (moved by me to a searchable Word or HTML file) will make this a snap.
