I used to livbe in the US…now back in the UK…brought back all my US model railroad stuff …any body else in North Yorkshire building a Us layout?
Where’s Yorkshire? [(-D]
Try NMRA British Region and Continental Modeller (from larger Smiths and some Tescos among other places).
Also, if you go on E Bay and do any RR search just in the UK you’ll find UK modellers of US stuff scattered all over the place… most seem to be lone wolves like me.
Isn’t Yorkshire part of the Danelaw? [:^)]
Where they can’t find a decent batsman? [:-^]
Welcome home [#welcome]
I am not sure about railway modellers following US outline in Yorkshire, but there are many in all of Great Britain.

There’s a US modelling swapmeeton the first Sunday of every other month in Hampsthwaite village hall (near Harrogate) , organised by NCAM (Northern Counties association of American Modellers). They are on the first sunday of every other month, and you’ve just missed one. The next one will be in November.

You also have 2 subdivisions of the NMRA - one in Newcastle and one in Sheffield - who both have Yorkshire based members.
I would suggest seeking out your local model railway club, who may have one or more members who model US outline.
