its been a long time since i did my acl gp 7/9 adding parts fitting raillings and the accessories time 2.5 hrs .some guys complaining it takes so long yea.
doing this handicapped 2.5 would be nice. well the last gp38-2 i did took me 6.5 hrs now i plan on the whole day getting set up and starting at 730 am and hopefully done by 530 when the wife gets home.
i love the looks of f3’s and i don’t have to put on accessories its now my most sought after of the diesels.

I’ve got to agree with you Steve, the add ons are a pain in the***to fit. Perhaps I’m missing something somewhere but why can’t they make the holes the right size for the add on that’s going in it? my NW2 wasn’t that bad but the 38/2 was a nightmare and the super glue came out a couple of times. Still, looks good when it’s done, that’s the main thing!

the holes are the right size before paint . then thats it for fit not thats were the fitting comes in i use a piece of ks tubing makes all kinds of tubing and shape of brass channel and flat stock angle box i find the right size of flat stock to match the fitting too push in the holes till they fit. hope this helps for people that have some choice words for fiting those hard size holes.
Gee…I thought it was just MY reefer that was like that. It too had a ton of detail parts. What a pain to fit everything. Most holes needed a drill first. The only downside of a very nice piece. Later eh…Brian.

Plans are to order a couple of Geeps. I figure I will hope for the best, plan for the worst, and then have fun redrilling all those little holes! Later eh…Brian.
