Nice looking layout! I’d love to see the track plan for it.

Great video. Was wondering what type and brand of camera is mounted on the Locomotive? Cheers…Rob

Great curve! That is one of the neat things about N!
Really neat to see the layout from that point of view - thanks!

Dave, thanks for the ride around your railroad, that was fun! Wondering what type of camera you used to video record the trip over the rails?

I love it, am still in the laying track phase on my 4x12 layout. It is my first one and I already see things I should have done different. Very nice layout. Love being able to get a on track perspective.

Not bad at all especially for N scale. In addition it’s PRR (PRR-Perfect RailRoad).

I have the same question as posed by other viewers - what camera set-up did you use? I’d like to shoot video like that on my 12’ X 18’ N scale layout when it’s ready! Thanks for the tour!

The camera used is a Looxcie 2, It sits on a flat car and is pushed around the layout. It’s about the size of a Bic lighter and is controlled by my smart phone or tablet.

Excellent.

Excellent video, what size layout is it. What are the wires going through the roof of the tunnel for.

All that hidden trackage and not a guard in sight. Must have a lot of faith in his track work, or it is really close to the floor. Nice ride.

Nice trip. Liked the sundogs on the rails Rock-cuts along the right-of-way really say “Pennsy.”

Wow…Nice ride, TY

Very nice. Please let me know the camera used . Best regards

Nice RR Dave. Really liked the view from the on board camera. A view of maybe one small switching operation would have been nice. Great layout.

Nice job! Enjoyed the trip: nice and long. I’ll have to check my copy of “101/Westcott”.
I also have a mini-cam, but I haven’t used it in (10?) years. I just hope still have all the pieces for the set-up. The camera is housed in the modified cab [nose lowered] of an old E-7 (Con-Cor?) The 9-volt cell rides in a rebuilt (UP) Con-Cor Veranda turbine tender.
“Man! I wish I’d some notes back then!”

Very nice.

VERY NICE…WELL DONE
