That is awesome. Talk about getting immersed in the hobby. Can’t wait to see a video with another train on the screen in a meet or on a parallel track.
You may be able to get away without sound equipped locomotives.

Truly amazing! I can’t wait for the “full treatment”! The layout looks fantastic, too, from what can be seen of it in your too-short “teaser”. One comment; one needs to have one’s computer hooked up to a decent sound system to get that full “gut-rumble” effect. (I do, and I get it). Of course, the onboard sounds from the actual locos on the layout will pale considerably in comparison…!
Bruce, unbelievable! That is totally awesome. Reminds me of being on one of those incredible Disneyland rides like Pirates of the Caribbean, except that you are running it. Nice job! I look forward to the full video in action.

I am impressed to say the least. I am sending this address to my son in-law as he is a person who gives me a hard time about what I do. He is a project Eng. that builds robotic machines
And I thought my railroad had taken a lot of my time and energy. I am so impressed by what you have accomplished single-handedly. Someone else referred to a Disneyland ride, these are designed, built, and detailed by a full team of imagineers…not one person. I want one, but doubt this retired educator could afford it.
