To all Utah Modelers: This weekend, on Friday and Saturday, the Ophir, Tintic & Western Model Railroad club will be holding our twentieth annual Model Railroad Show at Thanksgiving Point in the Red Barn. Conveniently located in between Utah Valley and Salt Lake Valley, driving will not be long. Come on down to see our first ever clinic (done by yours truly) on scenery to enhance your modeling skills. With almost as many layouts as vendors, there is something for everybody in the family. Take I-15 South from Salt Lake and North from Provo, and exit off the freeway when you see the Thanksgiving point sign!
IVRW,
How will we find you when we get there? When and where is the clinic?
I went to the show yesterday, I wanted to tell you i really enjoyed you scenery clinic! you did a great job! You really seem to know alot about model railroading. Thank you, I got to the show at 9:15 am, (show didnt open until 10am) I could have used the show times on your post? I have one more comment, maybe your club should consider finding a larger building for your 21st show. 10,000 people crammed into the the little big red barn just dosnt work for me, Ive been there twice and dont plan on doing it again, Thanks! THOR…
John
Thank you for taking the time and sharing your talents with us at the clinic. Attended Friday evening and you did a super job and I learned lots. Looked at the pics of your layout. Keep up the good work. Hope to see you again next year.
