V transformer circuit breaker replacement

Hello, Need help with replacing Circuit breaker in V transformer; ie is the resister to the red lamp still in play with a modern 8 amp breaker? Wire it exactly as original? Thanks anybody

Wire it as it originally was. And use number-51 lamps (real incandescent lamps, not LED replacements) in both places.
