Who made that CN boxcar? Do they make them in N-Scale?

What I want to know is when are manufacturers going to start to make scale Alco exhaust for when those things are loading up?

Not sure if it is your recording equipment, the sound system on my computer or the sound volumes on the decoder are not set; but I still feel that the prime mover sound should not drown out the horn or bell. Please adjust your end accordingly and I’ll turn up the volume on my end. That being said, nice looking model. And, Dana, your switching skills are improving.

I agree with @ROBERT CARLSON. I don’t think they change any CVs before theses tests. Having the prime mover drown out the horn and bell is a pet peeve of mine as well. It should be easy enough to set the individual volumes though.

Great review of this Alco engine! However, some may have noticed that a propane tank cannot be located next to the engine for movement. If loaded, it would have be at least six cars away from the engine, empty, two cars away. Still, a very fine review of a classic Alco locomotive!!

Nice looking model. Good presentation Dana. So when are they available.

John G Kingsburgh from Benoni South Africa,
This is an excellent review of the locomotive “yes” the prime mover may be very loud, I am sure it is left this way for all the Railroaders out there that have never heard the sound of the ALCO Prime mover can now appreciate the sound. Sound sound volume settings are always the prerogative of the owner.
The overall demonstration was excellent. MR please carry one with your excellent reviews.
